If your interactive display is connected to a Windows 10 computer, you may notice that the on-screen keyboard does not automatically pop up when tapping on a text field (web browser, address bar, online form, etc.).
Follow these steps if you would like to display the on-screen keyboard when required.
- Go to Settings (right click on the Windows logo in your taskbar or use the Windows + I keyboard shortcut).
- Go to Devices and select Typing.
- Under Touch Keyboard, ensure the option to show the touch keyboard is enabled.
