Computer Technician (meet three or more of following minimum)

Troubleshooting and solving hardware and software problems
- Installing, configuring and upgrading operating systems and software
- Installing, configuring, assembling and repairing computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals
- Installing network cabling

Network background (Windows Server 2000/2003)
- Certification (preferred but not required): A+, MCP, MCSE, CNE, Cisco, etc
- Communicating effectively with co-workers and customer
- Valid Guam driver’s license
Telephone Technician (meet three or more of following minimum)
- Perform telephone and network cable installation
- Experience in maintaining/installing telephone PBX or key system or computer based phone system
- PC experience with Microsoft Windows operating system (2000/XP/2003)
- Knowledge of TCP/IP network
- Knowledge of VoIP
- Communicating effectively with co-workers and customer
- Valid Guam driver’s license
